Where do I find my member ID number?
You number is on your Education Minnesota membership card, and above your name on the mailing label for your Minnesota Educator newspaper.
If you don't have a membership card, contact our membership department to request a new one: 651-227-9541, 800-652-9073.
You also need your membership card to receive discounts through our Access to Savings program, because merchants may require you to show your card to prove your membership.

How do I change my username?
Just re-register on our site. Click on the "new user, register now" link on the right side. (Make sure you're logged out.)
Enter your member ID number (from your membership card, or above your name on the mailing label of your Minnesota Educator newspaper), and fill in the remaining fields.

How do I change my password?
After you log in, click on the "my information" link in the right column. It will take you to a page that will allow you to change your log-in information.
To change your username, just re-register on our site. Click on the "new user? register now" link and fill in the fields.
It's especially important that you set up a security question and answer so you can access your log-in information in the future if you forget it, which you can do during the registration process.

How do I change my e-mail address?
Log in with your username and password and click on the "My information" link in the right column. That page allows you to update your e-mail address.

Whom do I contact if I'm having trouble registering or logging in?
Please describe your problem as specifically as possible, including the content of any error message you receive, and let us know whether you're using a PC or Mac and the browser with version (e.g., Internet Explorer 6.0).
