Local and cluster delegate forms must be submitted to Rita Privratsky, Education Minnesota NEA RA State Coordinator, by April 10. NEA emailed delegate forms to local presidents in early February. If you need a replacement form, please contact Rita.
Information packets, which include the housing form, flight information, agenda, order forms for events, and more, will be mailed to all delegates April 15. Reminder: Delegates cannot contact the Embassy Suites directly; all room reservations must be made by the state coordinator submitting a rooming list.
The Minnesota Get-Together will be a Cubs baseball game on Thursday, June 30. The order form will be included in the delegate packet, but if you plan to attend, be sure you arrange your arrival time in Chicago accordingly. The busses to Wrigley Field will board at the Embassy Suites at 11:30 a.m..
Minnesota’s first caucus meeting will be held the evening of Thursday, June 30. A delegate supper will be available at 6 p.m. and the caucus meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.
