Philosophy as a board member: I believe in the power of education and its potential to unlock the promise and possibility every human being holds. As we move forward into the 21st century it is my hope to represent Election District E as Education Minnesota navigates the challenges and changes to come in a way that benefits all in the noble mission of educating every student in Minnesota. I also believe that Education Minnesota is strongest when all 70,000 members' voices are raised and hope to work closely with union members in District E to encourage active participation as we tackle needs and concerns. Areas of particular interest to me include quality professional development for our members, school safety, and promoting the excellence found within our schools.
