Exhibit at the Professional Conference

If you want to reach Minnesota educators, the Education Minnesota Professional Conference is the place to do it. The annual conference attracts 9,000-plus teachers, student teachers and other educators. It’s the only two-day comprehensive professional development opportunity in the state.

The annual conference offers an exhibition hall featuring approximately 330 vendors (the first day of the conference only), dozens of workshops and nationally acclaimed speakers.

More than 90 percent of the people who attend the conference visit the exhibition hall.
More than 30 percent of conference attendees rank the exhibits as the most beneficial part of the conference.
An overwhelming 95 percent of attendees rank the overall conference as either excellent or good.

Here’s who you will meet at the professional conference:

New and veteran educators. In almost every age demographic — and all grade levels — teachers come to the conference looking for new ideas and ways to improve their teaching and their careers.
Highly educated people. More than one-third of our conference attendees have bachelor’s degrees plus added credits, and another third have attained at least their master’s degree.
Largely female audience. Seventy-three percent of our attendees are women and 27 percent are men.

Set up: 1-9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19. No setup on day of conference.

Exhibit hours: 7:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20

Dismantling: 3:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 20. No early teardown permitted.

Booth specifications

10 feet deep, 10 feet wide
Booth cannot extend beyond 10x10.
Booth cannot extend higher than 8 feet.

Booth includes the following:

Back and side draping
ID sign with booth number and name
Two folding chairs per booth
Refreshments on Wednesday during set-up
Refreshments and 2 lunch vouchers per booth on Thursday
NOTE: Table NOT included

Additional equipment and services: Discounted rates are available for booth furnishings from Brede Exposition Services through Oct. 6. Electrical and Internet/phone needs will be available through RiverCentre. Confimed exhibitors will receive booth numbers along with information and order forms from Brede and RiverCentre in August.
