Mini-Keynote: Difficult Colleagues in the Educational Setting

Interpersonal differences, conflicts and power struggles with colleagues can negatively affect the entire school environment when colleagues stop acting professionally and shift to personal agendas. This presentation looks at the basis of miscommunication among educational staff and provides tips on how to improve the situation.
