Park and ride service
On Thursday, a handicap-accessible van is available as part of our free parking and shuttle bus service. Speak to the on-site busing coordinator when you arrive at the parking lot. Buses run about every 15 minutes from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. between Saint Paul RiverCentre and:
The van is stationed at the Fairgrounds, but can easily be dispatched to the Saint Paul College lot.
Interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing
Sign language interpreters will be provided for the general session at 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Several seats in the front row will be reserved for those needing interpreters. For other needs, contact Chris Carlin as soon as possible.
RiverCentre access
RiverCentre is handicap-accessible, but wheelchairs are not available; attendees should bring their own.
Medical issues
A first aid station staffed by licensed Red Cross professionals is available Thursday on the lower level of Saint Paul RiverCentre. Education Minnesota staff can direct you. In case of an emergency, notify any Education Minnesota staff member.
