About continuing education/relicensure credit

You might be able to earn continuing education credit for attending the 2009 Education Minnesota Professional Conference. Pick up an attendance certificate at the end of any workshop session you attend.

Several workshops might fulfill state license renewal requirements in reading instruction, identifying early-onset mental illness in students, or positive behavioral interventions/instructional strategies to meet the needs of all learners. These workshops will be specially marked in the program distributed at the conference.

On Friday, Oct. 16, three workshops will be offered, each of which specifically addresses one relicensure requirement. The sessions are two hours long and run concurrently; choose one session to attend.

There is no registration for workshops; seating is first come, first served.

Check with your local continuing education committee to determine if a session fulfills relicensure or clock-hour requirements.
