Quiz yourself on the odds and ends

1.  Cut and paste the parts of previous quizzes that will answer the grant application questions.

2. Reread, edit and proof read. 

3. Check the deadline and mailing address. If you wish to formally apply for a grant, thoroughly read the guidelines for your grant and double check your work. An application must include the data sheet, signatures and all the questions answered and postmarked by the deadline.

If you wish to submit your work for clock hours, there is no deadline, but please be sure to indicate that THIS IS FOR CLOCK HOURS.  You do not need the data sheet filled out for clock hours,  but we do need your contact information to send you a certificate.
