Help change Minnesota's political landscape -- Attend our Political Conference Nov. 18-19
Were you happy with the outcome of the 2011 legislative session? If not, come to the Education Minnesota Political Conference Nov. 18-19 and get ready to change Minnesota’s political landscape in 2012!
Next year we have the chance to elect new, pro-public education majorities to the Minnesota House and Senate. The current majorities left us with an unprecedented school funding shift and spent much of the session targeting educators and pushing for harmful "reforms." It’s time to replace them with legislators who share our commitment to quality public education.
The 2011 Education Minnesota Political Conference in Bloomington will give you the tools to help reach that goal. At the training sessions, you'll learn how to:
- Elect pro-education candidates.
- Win local levy referendums.
- Organize higher education members.
- Use online and other communications tools to advance your local’s priorities.
