Here's how to submit an event for our calendar
Thank you for submitting an event to our calendar. Please note that submitting an event does not guarantee publication.
Policies
- We encourage Education Minnesota locals and intermediate organizations to submit events and meetings in their locals/IOs.
- Nonprofits may submit education-related events that support our goals and priorities. Events must pertain to educators' professional development, teaching and learning, labor issues and/or public education in general.
- For-profit organizations should consider advertising their events in our all-member newspaper, the Minnesota Educator, or on this site starting Sept. 1. To advertise, contact Chris Carlin, 800-652-9073 or 651-227-9541.
- Events must be submitted at least one week prior to their start date to be considered for our calendar.
- Please complete all required fields on the event submission form. If the event occurs on multiple dates, please submit a separate form for each day.
- Due to the volume of requests, not all events submitted will be published. Official events from our locals and IOs receive priority consideration.
