Electives that support full-capacity locals 

Local union leaders, state level leaders and staff, and the Governing Board of Education Minnesota identified the indicators of full-capacity locals. The purpose of the dialogue, started in 2000, is to rethink the strategic direction of the union in light of historic changes in Minnesota communities, schools and locals. Those indicators, and electives that are related to the indicators, are below.
