Registration information

Registration dates
Any active member currently teaching or in an educational support professional position is eligible to attend. All registrations must be submitted through your local president as Education Minnesota cannot accept registrations submitted by individual members.

Regular registrations must be postmarked by May 27. 

Late registration will be allowed until July 13. (NOTE:  Space may no longer be available for requested sessions of late registrants.) No registrations can be accepted after this date. 

Complete a separate registration form for each member. Please make additional copies of the form if needed. 

Housing
Dormitory and suite rooms have two to four beds per room or suite. Please indicate a specific roommate choice on the registration form. If you don't indicate a roommate preference, we will assign one. It is important that you indicate Mr. or Ms. on your form for assignment purposes.  All sleeping rooms are air-conditioned. A very limited number of single rooms are available for an additional fee of $35, payable with the registration fee. 

Payment
Full payment (including $35 single room fee if applicable) must accompany each registration form, except as noted below. 

Regular registration (postmarked by May 27)
All locals are eligible for one FREE registration during the regular registration time period only. Each local will also receive one complimentary registration for a member of color.
