Registration information
Registration dates
Any active member currently teaching or in an educational support professional position is eligible to attend. All registrations must be submitted through your local as Education Minnesota cannot accept registrations submitted by individual members.
Regular registrations must be postmarked by May 29.
Late registration will be allowed until July 14. (NOTE: Space may no longer be available for requested sessions of late registrants.) No registrations can be accepted after this date.
Complete a separate registration form for each member. Please make additional copies of the form if needed.
Sleeping rooms
Dormitory or suite rooms have 2–4 beds per room/suite. Please indicate a specific roommate choice on the registration form. If no roommate preference, one will be assigned. It is important that you indicate Mr. or Ms. on your form for assignment purposes. All sleeping rooms are air-conditioned. A very limited number of single rooms are available for a $35 fee.
Payment
Full payment must accompany each registration form, with the exception of free registration as noted below.
Regular registration (postmarked by May 29)
All locals are eligible for one FREE registration during regular registration. The participant registration fee varies by the number of participants per local.

In addition, one member of color from each local will receive a complimentary registration.
Late registration (postmarked after May 29)
There are no FREE registrations available to locals after the May 29 deadline for regular registration. The participant registration fee varies by the number of participants per local.
