Hopkins teacher named '08 Teacher of the Year

Carleen Gulstad, a language arts teacher at Hopkins North Junior High School, was named Minnesota Teacher of the Year at a banquet May 4.

Ten finalists from throughout the state have been announced; the honoree will be named at a banquet May 4.

A selection panel announced the semifinalists Feb. 14.
