Grade level/Brief description of works: 9 - 12 / I do job coaching with students of various disabilities.

Philosophy: As union president I have learned the importance of good communication. Having a strong framework for the union in place is very helpful for me as president and for our members. Members need to know that the union is only as strong as all of make it. I'll try to keep members informed as to what is going on with our union and the issues that concern all of us.

My members know if I don't have the answer for them I will not stop until I have the answer. I know that I'm not the union, we all are, the best way a member can help themself is to know their contract.
