Philosophy: I have spent my entire professional life devoted to the delivery of Social Services. I chose to focus the last 30 plus years focusing on young people that live in our society. That are the most vulnerable and the most receptive to new ideas. They are the future of America. If we want to have a better America we had better stop putting the One Hundred Thousand dollars it takes to maintain a child in a Juvenile Correctional Facility and place that money in the schools so that schools can better serve the children. "I DO WHAT I DO BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE SPENT TIME ENCOURAGING ME. IF WE ALL DID IT FOR EACH OTHER AND THE CHILDREN, MY JOB WOULD BE SO MUCH EASIER". (as a matter of fact you might not even need my job title anymore.) THE BENEFITS TO THE CHILDREN WOULD BE ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND TIMES GREATER. Lets do it for all of the children.
