Help your leaders and yourself -- Fill out your communication form
Do your local leaders receive mailings from Education Minnesota?
A new year is about to begin and you want to make sure your local leaders receive information from Education Minnesota regarding their responsibilities. How do you do that? By filling out and returning your Leadership Communication Form.
Last spring you should've received a request from Education Minnesota to update your Leadership Communication Form. Take a few minutes to review this information:
- Is the correct treasurer listed?
- How about the membership chair?
- Do we have correct information regarding your building reps?
If the information on the form is correct, mark OK, drop it in the mail and you're done! Here's the address:

If you have changes to any leadership positions, make the changes directly on the printed form and mail it back. Or if you prefer, you may use the blank communication form that came in the mailing.
Remember this: As local president, you'll automatically be assigned any positions left blank on the forms so be sure to review, update and return the completed communication form even if you have no changes.
By updating the communication form, you'll ensure that the leaders in your local will receive the necessary information to perform their duties (and you just may reduce the amount of mail that you receive!).
