I want to thank all of you for your hard work this past year and your commitment to the principles of our union. I greatly appreciate the time, effort and creativity you put in every day at a time of unprecedented challenge.
The challenges are likely to grow in the coming year, but I'm confident we will be able to overcome them, guided by our determination to do what's right for educators and students.
During the holiday break, I hope you'll take time to rest, recharge and spend some quality time with those close to you. My best wishes for a wonderful holiday season.
