Candidate support sessions

NBCT candidate support sessions are a chance to meet with current Board Certified teachers. Candidates can ask questions about the process and receive feedback on their progress so far. No registration is needed. These sessions are provided as a benefit to Education Minnesota members.

2021-22 NBCT Candidate Support Sessions

The Minnesota NBCT Network is offering the following in-person support sessions in the Shingle Creek Room at the Brooklyn Park Library, 8500 W. Broadway Ave. Brooklyn Park, MN 55445.
 
Saturday November 13, 2021         10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Saturday December 18, 2021        10:00 am to 1:00 pm
 
The Minnesota NBCT Network is offering the following in-person support sessions at Education Minnesota, 41 Sherburne Ave. St. Paul, MN 55103.
 
Saturday January 8, 2022               9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Saturday February 5, 2022             9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Saturday April 2, 2022                    9:00 am to 12:00 pm
 
The Minnesota NBCT Network is offering the following in-person support session at a yet to be determined site in the metro area.
 
Saturday May 7, 2022                     10:00 am to 1:00 pm
 
The 2022 NBCT Candidate Support Retreat is scheduled at the Minnesota Humanities Center, 987 Ivy Ave. E. St Paul, MN 55106. The tentative retreat schedule is:

Saturday March 5, 2022                     8:00 am to 5:00 pm
